  1. Item was as described in both appearance and condition. Packaging was adequate but would have been better if box shipped as flattering a softball glove to fit it in a bag isn't optimal. This wasn't a big factor as the glove needed to be oiled and properly broken in with a ball to create a pocket, which I don't think was ever done. Picture is of glove after some oil and tied up for break in. Shipped via USPS which took a little longer than expected. Seller's communication was very good.

  2. Seller's description was accurate and it was well packed and shipped quickly. Worked perfectly. We are replacing a white remote that was quite dirty (don't buy white stuff!) Great seller with great communications! Love the Harmony Hubs. Shame that Logitech quit making them, but their website for setup still works and they are a life saver for complex AV setups. (I bet they abandoned the space because setup can be tricky if you aren't tech savvy and the combinations are endless.)
