Cel was as described, just wasn't packed very safely. It was sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard held together with tape, with a piece of matte paper on the front. I had to be methodical taking it out since the art had stuck to the tape on the seam. Usually people pack it in an envelope and more than two layers. One of the corners on the package was completely bent but luckily it was on the side the art wasn't stuck to. So would recommend more robust packing lol.
Safely and properly packaged, shipped with expediency, and arrived the same as portrayed in the listing. I enjoyed chatting with the seller, and I am satisfied with every penny spent.
